Bu nedenle daha ilk g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmede biri masay\u0131 terk etmi\u015f, di\u011ferleri de ellerindeki sipari\u015f listeleri ile  talep yar\u0131\u015f\u0131na girmi\u015flerdir.<\/p>\n<p>KAZANILMI\u015e HAKLAR KORUNMALI<\/p>\n<p> Kamu \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n pek \u00e7ok hakk\u0131 daha sonra yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemelerle elinden al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f veya k\u0131s\u0131tlanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu nedenle, sendikalar\u0131n olmazsa olmaz olarak imza alt\u0131na almalar\u0131 gereken hususlar\u0131n ba\u015f\u0131nda kazan\u0131lm\u0131\u015f haklar\u0131n korunmas\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>MAA\u015e ARTI\u015eLARI YILDA B\u0130R KEZ YILBA\u015eINDA YAPILMALIDIR.<\/p>\n<p>Ocak ve Temmuz aylar\u0131nda  olmak \u00fczere y\u0131lda iki kez maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lmas\u0131 Kamu \u00c7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n aleyhine olmaktad\u0131r. Burada bir matematik oyunu vard\u0131r.  Ocak\u2019ta yap\u0131lan y\u00fczde 2 ve  Temmuz\u2019daki  y\u00fczde 4 art\u0131\u015fa g\u00f6re  ek \u00f6deme hari\u00e7, 2008 y\u0131l\u0131 i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan ortalama maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131 ortalamas\u0131 y\u00fczde 3\u2019e t\u00fcr.   Bu \u015fekilde kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131 alacakl\u0131 durumda kalm\u0131\u015f  ve \u015eubat-Haziran aylar\u0131ndaki enflasyon farklar\u0131 \u00f6denmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu y\u00fczden, maa\u015f art\u0131\u015flar\u0131 y\u0131lba\u015f\u0131nda bir defada ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen enflasyon oran\u0131na  refah pay\u0131 eklenmek suretiyle yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>5 YTL SEND\u0130KA \u00dcYEL\u0130K \u00d6DENT\u0130S\u0130 YARDIMI KALDIRILSIN.<\/p>\n<p>Dunyan\u0131n  hi\u00e7bir \u00fclkesinde, i\u015fveren sendika \u00fcyesinin aidat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demez. Bu durum sendikalar\u0131n g\u00fcvenilirli\u011fini ve itibar\u0131n\u0131 zedelemektedir. Hazineden y\u0131lda 56 Milyon YTL sendikalara kaynak aktar\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Biz bunun derhal kesilmesini istiyoruz. \u00dcyeler \u00f6zg\u00fcr iradeleriyle aidatlar\u0131n\u0131 kendileri \u00f6demelidir. Memurun sendika \u00fcyelik aidat\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6demek yerine, hak arayabilece\u011fi ve hak alabilece\u011fi grev ve toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme hakk\u0131n\u0131 da i\u00e7eren demokratik sendikal haklar verilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>T\u00dcM S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEL\u0130 PERONELE KADRO VER\u0130LMEL\u0130D\u0130R.<\/p>\n<p>Son derece a\u011f\u0131r \u015fartlarda tek tarafl\u0131 olarak haz\u0131rlanan s\u00f6zle\u015fmelere g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lan 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasan\u0131n 4\/B, 4\/C maddesine g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla di\u011fer s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personele kadroya al\u0131nmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>EK \u00d6DEMELER EMEKL\u0130L\u0130\u011eE  DE YANSIMALIDIR.<\/p>\n<p>Yeterli olmamakla birlikte ek \u00f6demesi olmayan memurlara yap\u0131lan \u00f6demeler bir nebze olsun \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n derdine derman olacakt\u0131r. Di\u011fer taraftan, ek \u00f6demesi d\u00f6ner sermayeden \u00f6denen kurumlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara yap\u0131lan \u00f6demenin daha fazla olmas\u0131 gerekirdi.   \u00dccret adaletsizli\u011finin tam olarak giderilmesi i\u00e7in k\u00f6kl\u00fc \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler bulunmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u00d6ncelikle, ek \u00f6demelerin emekli kesene\u011fine esas al\u0131nmas\u0131  ve emekli maa\u015f\u0131na da yans\u0131mas\u0131n\u0131 istiyoruz.<\/p>\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca,  657 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasa\u2019n\u0131n  sosyal taraflar\u0131n da kat\u0131l\u0131m\u0131 ile sadele\u015ftirilmesi , demokratikle\u015ftirilmesi ve bordro kirlili\u011finin giderilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>KAZANILMI\u015e HAKLARIN KORUNMASI \u015eARTIYLA \u0130\u015e\u00c7\u0130-MEMUR AYRIMI G\u0130DER\u0130LMEL\u0130D\u0130R.<\/p>\n<p>Sendikalar\u0131n uzla\u015fmas\u0131 halinde ; Anayasam\u0131zda de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131larak, i\u015f\u00e7i-memur ayr\u0131m\u0131n\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in say\u0131n Ba\u015fbakan\u2019\u0131n \u00f6nerisini olumlu kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131yoruz.
