Bu nedenle kamuda Uzman, \u015eef, Tekniker , Bilgisayar \u0130\u015fletmeni, VHK\u0130, Memur vb. kadrolarda g\u00f6rev yapan y\u00fcksek okul mezunu personeller kapsam d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Anayasam\u0131z\u0131n e\u015fitlik ilkesi gere\u011fince s\u00f6z konusu personelleri de kapsayacak \u015fekilde eksikliklerin giderilmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MEMURLARA \u00d6DENEN BANKA PROMOSYONLARI \u0130\u00c7\u0130N GENEL B\u0130R D\u00dcZENLEME YAPILMALIDIR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n ilgili bankalarla yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 anla\u015fmalara g\u00f6re maa\u015f \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lan kurum personellerine \u201cPromosyon\u201d ad\u0131 alt\u0131nda nakdi \u00f6demeler yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. S\u00f6z konusu \u00f6demeler g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ekonomik \u015fartlar\u0131nda yetersiz kalmaktad\u0131r. Halen devam eden anla\u015fmalar ile yeniden yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmalar nedeniyle personellere yap\u0131lan promosyon \u00f6demeleri aras\u0131nda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde farkl\u0131l\u0131klar ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmaktad\u0131r. Daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan anla\u015fmalar gere\u011fince ortalama 3-5 bin TL aras\u0131nda bir \u00f6deme yap\u0131l\u0131rken yenilenen anla\u015fmalara g\u00f6re ortalama 20-30 bin TL promosyon \u00f6demesi yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum , devam eden anla\u015fmalara g\u00f6re \u00f6deme yap\u0131lan kamu personellerinin hak kayb\u0131na ve ma\u011fduriyetine neden olmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle, kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n bankalarla devam eden anla\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fcz ekonomik \u015fartlar\u0131na g\u00f6re revize edilerek, promosyon \u00f6demelerinin g\u00fcncellenmesi konusunda genel bir d\u00fczenlemenin yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 talep ediyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>KAMUDAK\u0130 568 B\u0130N S\u00d6ZLE\u015eMEL\u0130 PERSONEL M\u00dcJDE BEKL\u0130YOR !<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ba\u015flang\u0131\u00e7ta istisna hizmetler i\u00e7in \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel istihdam\u0131, son y\u0131llarda yayg\u0131n hale gelmi\u015ftir. 2011 y\u0131l\u0131nda h\u00fck\u00fcmet taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile t\u00fcm s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin kadroya al\u0131nmas\u0131yla birlikte \u00f6nemli \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde azalan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel say\u0131s\u0131 son on y\u0131lda b\u00fcy\u00fck \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcde artm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda 170 bin olan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel say\u0131s\u0131 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda 568 bin civar\u0131na ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. 2012 y\u0131l\u0131nda kamu personelinin y\u00fczde 7\u2019sini s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel olu\u015ftururken, halen bu oran y\u00fczde 18 civar\u0131ndad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kamuda farkl\u0131 mevzuatlara ve haklara g\u00f6re s\u00fcreli ve s\u00fcresiz s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli, idari hizmet s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli, vekil ebe, hem\u015fire ve din g\u00f6revlisi, kamu d\u0131\u015f\u0131 aile sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131, \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenlik gibi pek \u00e7ok s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel istihdam\u0131 yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00f6z konusu stat\u00fc kirlili\u011finin ortadan kald\u0131r\u0131larak, e\u015fit de\u011ferde i\u015fe e\u015fit haklar verilmesi i\u00e7in t\u00fcm s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin herhangi bir ayr\u0131ma gidilmeden , mesleki e\u011fitimlerine uygun kadrolara atanmas\u0131 ile sorun k\u00f6kten \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ak Parti iktidar\u0131nda daha \u00f6nce yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenlemenin tekrar hayata ge\u00e7irilmesini bekliyoruz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu konuda t\u00fcm s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel , Say\u0131n Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131m\u0131zdan gelecek m\u00fcjdeyi beklemektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>MEMURLARIN VERG\u0130 Y\u00dcK\u00dc AZALTILMALIDIR.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kamu g\u00f6revlilerinin <\/strong><strong>vergi dilimleri maa\u015f art\u0131\u015f\u0131yla paralel olarak d\u00fczenlenmedi\u011fi i\u00e7in memurlara yap\u0131lan art\u0131\u015flar\u0131n bir k\u0131sm\u0131 vergi olarak geri al\u0131nmaktad\u0131r.
