Maddesine \u201cXIII\u201d \u201cADALET H\u0130ZMETLER\u0130 SINIFI\u201d ba\u015fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 alt\u0131nda eklenmesi ve adliyelerde g\u00f6rev yapan \u201cYaz\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri, \u0130dari i\u015fler, \u0130cra M\u00fcd\u00fcrleri, M\u00fcd\u00fcr Yard\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131, Zab\u0131t Katipleri, \u0130cra Katipleri, M\u00fcba\u015firler, Adli Emanet Memurlar\u0131 \u201cgibi g\u00f6revlilerin bu s\u0131n\u0131fa dahil edilmesi hususunda yasa d\u00fczenlemesi yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PERSONEL\u0130N YARGILANMA USUL\u00dc YEN\u0130DEN D\u00dcZENLENMEL\u0130D\u0130R.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adliye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olarak g\u00f6revlerini idame ettiren devlet memurlar\u0131 \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 itibari ile 657 Say\u0131l\u0131 Devlet Memurlar\u0131 Kanunu&#8217;na tabii iken, haklar\u0131nda soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 Hakimler ve Savc\u0131lar Kanunu&#8217;nun 116. Maddesine istinaden yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Hakimler veya Savc\u0131lar hakk\u0131nda soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Adalet Bakan\u0131&#8217;ndan izin al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekirken, Adliye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n da Hakimler ve Savc\u0131lar Kanunu&#8217;nun 116. Maddesine istinaden haklar\u0131nda soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan, adliye \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n\u0131n da haklar\u0131nda soru\u015fturma a\u00e7\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in Adalet Bakan\u0131ndan izin al\u0131nmas\u0131 \u015feklinde d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADALET KOM\u0130SYONLARINDA PERONEL\u0130N DE TEMS\u0130L\u0130N\u0130 SA\u011eLAYACAK \u015eEK\u0130LDE D\u00dcZENLEME YAPILMASI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adliye personelinin her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tayin, terfi, disiplin, ge\u00e7ici g\u00f6rev, birim de\u011fi\u015fiklikleri gibi her t\u00fcrl\u00fc \u00f6zl\u00fck i\u015flemlerine karar veren Adalet Komisyonlar\u0131nda personelle ilgili al\u0131nacak kararlarda personelin temsilini sa\u011flayacak \u015fekilde d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>PERSONELE Y\u00d6NEL\u0130K BASKI VE HAK \u0130HLALLER\u0130N\u0130N \u00d6NLENMES\u0130 \u0130\u00c7\u0130N \u201cMOBB\u0130NG \u00d6NLEME KURULU\u201d OLU\u015eTURULMASI.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adliyelerde g\u00f6rev yapan personellerin maruz kald\u0131\u011f\u0131 mobbing ve hak ihlallerinin \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131k b\u00fcnyesinde, sendika temsilcilerinin de yer ald\u0131\u011f\u0131 \u201cMobbing \u00d6nleme Kurulu\u201d olu\u015fturulmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>ADL\u0130YE PERSONEL\u0130N\u0130N G\u00d6REVDE Y\u00dcKSELEB\u0130LECEKLER\u0130 ARA KADROLARIN TAHS\u0130S ED\u0130LMES\u0130.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adliyelerde g\u00f6rev yapan personellerin g\u00f6revde y\u00fckselebilecekleri Yaz\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri ve \u0130dari \u0130\u015fler M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc kadrolar\u0131n\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra Uzman Zab\u0131t Katibi, Uzman M\u00fcba\u015fir vb. \u015feklinde ara kadrolar\u0131n ihdas edilmesi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3600 EK G\u00d6STERGE D\u00dcZENLEMES\u0130.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu y\u0131l sonuna kadar yasala\u015fmas\u0131 beklenen 3600 ek g\u00f6stergeyle ilgili art\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>BANKA PROMOSYONUNUN E\u015e\u0130T DA\u011eITIMI<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca yap\u0131lan ve mevcut durumda ge\u00e7erli olan promosyon anla\u015fmas\u0131 neticesinde personele \u00f6denen miktar\u0131n di\u011fer kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131na g\u00f6re yetersiz seviyede kalmas\u0131 nedeniyle \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki promosyon anla\u015fmas\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda personellerin haklar\u0131n\u0131n korunmas\u0131 ve s\u0131n\u0131f ayr\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n herkese e\u015fit da\u011f\u0131t\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131n sa\u011flanmas\u0131 i\u00e7in gerekli \u015fartlar\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>FAZLA \u00c7ALI\u015eMA nedeniyle \u00f6denen fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccretlerinin fiilen yap\u0131lan fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma tespiti yerine seyyanen \u00f6denecek \u015fekilde d\u00fczenleme \u015fartlar\u0131 ta\u015f\u0131yan personelin Yaz\u0131 \u0130\u015fleri M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u0131nav\u0131na kat\u0131lma hakk\u0131n\u0131n verilmesi.<\/li><li>Ye\u015fil pasaport alabilmeleri i\u00e7in y\u00fckselebilecekleri derecelerin yeniden d\u00fczenlenmesi.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u00d6ZELL\u0130KLE B\u00dcY\u00dcK \u015eEH\u0130RLERDEK\u0130 ADL\u0130YELERDE bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n m\u00fcba\u015fir kadrolar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapanlar\u0131n Adalet Hizmetleri Tazminat oranlar\u0131na 7 puan ilave edilmi\u015fti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda imzalanan toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme ile sadece 5 ve daha alt dereceden ayl\u0131k alanlar\u0131n Adalet Hizmetleri Tazminat\u0131 oran\u0131na 7 puan ilave edilmi\u015ftir.
