g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerde fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccretlerinin t\u00fcm yarg\u0131 birimlerinde g\u00f6rev yapan personele dosya kriteri olmadan e\u015fit \u015fekilde \u00f6denmesini
