{"id":3924,"date":"2018-06-21T15:21:25","date_gmt":"2018-06-21T12:21:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/?p=3924"},"modified":"2018-06-21T16:15:54","modified_gmt":"2018-06-21T13:15:54","slug":"sozlesmeli-personelin-izinleri-yeniden-duzenlendi","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/?p=3924","title":{"rendered":"S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin izinleri yeniden d\u00fczenlendi"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Haksen&#8217;in s\u00fcrekli olarak g\u00fcndeme getirdi\u011fi ve d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in m\u00fccadele etti\u011fi hak kay\u0131plar\u0131na ili\u015fkin yasal d\u00fczenlemeler yap\u0131lmaya devam ediyor.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin kadrolu personele g\u00f6re hak kay\u0131plar\u0131na neden olan izinlere ili\u015fkin yeni bir d\u00fczenleme yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu d\u00fczenleme ile s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin izin haklar\u0131 kadrolu personel ile ayn\u0131 duruma getirilmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>657 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasan\u0131n 4\/B maddesine g\u00f6re ( m\u00fclga 4\/C maddesine g\u00f6re \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131rken nakledilen personel dahil) kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda g\u00f6rev yapan personelin izin haklar\u0131na ili\u015fkin Bakanlar Kurulu karar\u0131 ile de\u011fi\u015fiklik yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n21 Haziran 2018 tarihli Resmi Gazetede yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren karar sonucu s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin izin haklar\u0131 a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki \u015fekilde olacakt\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>YILLIK \u0130Z\u0130N<br \/>\nHizmet s\u00fcresi 10 y\u0131la kadar olanlara y\u0131lda 20 g\u00fcn, 10 y\u0131ldan fazla olanlara y\u0131lda 30 g\u00fcn \u00fccretli izin verilir. Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin bir sonraki y\u0131la devretmez.<\/p>\n<p>DO\u011eUM \u0130ZN\u0130<br \/>\nKad\u0131n personele do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce 8, do\u011fumdan sonra 8 hafta olmak \u00fczere toplam 16 hafta \u00fccretli do\u011fum izni verilir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00dcT \u0130ZN\u0130<br \/>\nDo\u011fum yapan kad\u0131n personele, \u00fccretli do\u011fum izninin bitiminden itibaren  ilk 6 ayda g\u00fcnde 3 saat, ikinci alt\u0131 ayda g\u00fcnde 1,5 saat s\u00fct izni verilir. S\u00fct izninin kullan\u0131m\u0131nda annenin saat se\u00e7imi hakk\u0131 vard\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>HASTALIK \u0130ZN\u0130<br \/>\nResmi tabip raporu ile kan\u0131tlanan hastal\u0131klar i\u00e7in (s\u00fcre \u015fart\u0131 olmadan) \u00fccretli hastal\u0131k izni verilebilir. Hastal\u0131k sebebiyle, Sosyal Sigortalar Kurumunca \u00f6denen ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik tazminat\u0131 ilgilinin \u00fccretinden d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcl\u00fcr.<\/p>\n<p>REFAKAT \u0130ZN\u0130<br \/>\nBakmakla y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc oldu\u011fu ana, baba,e\u015f ve \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 ile karde\u015flerden birinin a\u011f\u0131r bir kaza ge\u00e7irmesi veya tedavisi uzun s\u00fcren bir hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n bulunmas\u0131 hallerinin sa\u011fl\u0131k kurulu raporuyla belgelendirilmesi \u015fart\u0131yla, 3 aya kadar \u00fccretli izin verilir. <\/p>\n<p>MAZERET \u0130Z\u0130NLER\u0130<br \/>\n1-Personelin iste\u011fi \u00fczerine; e\u015finin do\u011fum yapmas\u0131 halinde 10 g\u00fcn,<br \/>\n2-Kendisinin veya \u00e7ocu\u011funun evlenmesi halinde 7 g\u00fcn,<br \/>\n3-Annesinin, babas\u0131n\u0131n, e\u015finin, \u00e7ocu\u011funun veya karde\u015finin \u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc halinde ve her olay i\u00e7in 7 g\u00fcn \u00fccretli mazeret izni verilir.<br \/>\n4- Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin hakk\u0131 bulunmayan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personele yukar\u0131da belirtilen haller d\u0131\u015f\u0131ndaki mazeretleri nedeniyle bir s\u00f6zle\u015fme d\u00f6nemi i\u00e7inde toplamda 10 g\u00fcn\u00fc ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere y\u0131ll\u0131k izin vermeye yetkili amirlerince \u00fccretli mazeret izni verilebilir.<br \/>\n5-\u00dc\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck bir \u00e7ocu\u011fun evlat edinilmesi halinde 8 hafta \u00fccretli izin verilir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u0130\u011eER DURUMLAR<br \/>\n\u0130\u015f sonu tazminat\u0131 almamak \u015fart\u0131yla;<br \/>\n1-Do\u011fum izinlerinin kullan\u0131lmas\u0131ndan sonra personelin kendi iste\u011fiyle s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini feshetmesinden sonra 24 ay i\u00e7erisinde tekrar g\u00f6revine d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n2-\u00dc\u00e7 ya\u015f\u0131ndan k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck \u00e7ocu\u011fun evlat edinilmesi halinde de 8 haftal\u0131k iznin bitiminden itibaren personelin kendi iste\u011fiyle s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini feshetmesinden sonra yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuru yapmas\u0131 halinde  24 ay i\u00e7erisinde tekrar g\u00f6revine d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<br \/>\n3-Askerlik nedeniyle s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi feshedilen personel askerlik g\u00f6revini tamamlad\u0131ktan itibaren 30 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde yaz\u0131l\u0131 ba\u015fvuru yaparak g\u00f6revine d\u00f6nme hakk\u0131 bulunmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personelin izinleri yeniden d\u00fczenlendi<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":3925,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[1,42],"tags":[],"class_list":{"0":"post-3924","1":"post","2":"type-post","3":"status-publish","4":"format-standard","5":"has-post-thumbnail","7":"category-haberler","8":"category-manset-haberleri"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3924","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/types\/post"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/users\/1"}],"replies":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcomments&post=3924"}],"version-history":[{"count":3,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3924\/revisions"}],"predecessor-version":[{"id":3928,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/posts\/3924\/revisions\/3928"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=\/wp\/v2\/media\/3925"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fmedia&parent=3924"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"category","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Fcategories&post=3924"},{"taxonomy":"post_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/index.php?rest_route=%2Fwp%2Fv2%2Ftags&post=3924"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
