Haksen Genel Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ayhan \u00c7ivi, 14 May\u0131s 2016 tarihli Resmi Gazete’de yay\u0131mlanarak y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren Adalet Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 Memur S\u0131nav, Atama Ve Nakil Y\u00f6netmeli\u011finde De\u011fi\u015fiklik Yap\u0131lmas\u0131na Dair Y\u00f6netmelik ile yaz\u0131 i\u015fleri ve idari i\u015fler m\u00fcd\u00fcrleri ile mahalli bilgi i\u015flem ve mahalli adli sicildeki \u015fube m\u00fcd\u00fcrlerinin zorunlu atamaya tabi personel kapsam\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 hat\u0131rlatarak, kamuoyunca rotasyon olarak bilinen bu uygulama ile say\u0131lar\u0131 binlerle ifade edilen personel g\u00f6\u00e7ebe konumuna gelecektir, dedi.<\/p>\n
