{"id":3211,"date":"2015-05-14T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2015-05-14T12:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/?p=3211"},"modified":"2015-05-14T12:00:00","modified_gmt":"2015-05-14T12:00:00","slug":"dogum-yardimi-15-mayista-yururluge-giriyor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/haksen.org.tr\/?p=3211","title":{"rendered":"Do\u011fum Yard\u0131m\u0131 15 May\u0131s&#8217;ta Y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe Giriyor"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8221;Aile ve Sosyal Politikalar Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Te\u015fkilat ve G\u00f6revleri Hakk\u0131ndaki 633 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun H\u00fckm\u00fcnde Kararnamesi&#8221;ne yeni bir madde eklenerek &#8221;do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131&#8221; uygulamas\u0131 yasala\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yasa&#8217;daki  &#8221;do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131&#8221; uygulamas\u0131, 15 May\u0131s 2015 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giriyor. <\/p>\n<p>Yasa&#8217;ya g\u00f6re  canl\u0131 do\u011fan birinci \u00e7ocu\u011fu i\u00e7in 300, ikinci \u00e7ocu\u011fu i\u00e7in 400, \u00fc\u00e7\u00fcnc\u00fc ve sonraki \u00e7ocuklar\u0131 i\u00e7in ise 600 lira tutar\u0131nda do\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lacak.<\/p>\n<p>Kamu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131  ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ilgili kurumlar\u0131na yapacak.<br \/>\nDo\u011fum yard\u0131m\u0131 &#8221;annenin sa\u011f&#8221; ve &#8221;T\u00fcrk vatanda\u015f\u0131&#8221; olmas\u0131 durumunda anneye yap\u0131lacak.
