Ne yaz\u0131k ki, \u00fclkemizde \u00f6\u011fretmenler y\u0131llard\u0131r, a\u011f\u0131r ekonomik ve sosyal sorunlar ile sava\u015farak ya\u015famaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Ekonomik a\u00e7\u0131dan zor durumda bulunan \u00f6\u011fretmenler ge\u00e7inebilmek i\u00e7in ek i\u015f yapmak zorunda kalmaktad\u0131r. Bu durum \u00f6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011finin sayg\u0131nl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 azalmakta ve \u00f6\u011fretmeni \u00f6\u011frencileri kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda zor duruma d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrmektedir. Ancak bug\u00fcn \u00fclkemizde uygulanan \u00f6\u011fretmen istihdam politikalar\u0131 ne yaz\u0131k ki Cumhuriyetin ilk y\u0131llar\u0131ndaki istihdam politika ve anlay\u0131\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n gerisinde kalm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Maa\u015flar, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015fam standartlar\u0131n\u0131n temel g\u00f6stergeleridir. Bu nedenle 1000\u20131400 YTL aras\u0131nda olan \u00f6\u011fretmen maa\u015flar\u0131 \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131, mesleki tatminleri, dolay\u0131s\u0131yla \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin genel anlamda ne durumda oldu\u011fu hakk\u0131nda bir fikir vermektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Toplumsal geli\u015fmenin temel dinamiklerinden biri olan e\u011fitim daha iyi bir noktaya ta\u015f\u0131nmas\u0131nda \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin maa\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n etkin bir rol\u00fc oldu\u011fu hem OECD, hem Avrupa Birli\u011fi\u2019nin ilgili rapor ve de\u011ferlendirmelerinde belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenli\u011fe son verilmeli, e\u011fitimde kadrolu istihdam benimsenmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Ge\u00e7ici ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesiz \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmay\u0131 esas alan s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenlik uygulamas\u0131, son y\u0131llarda ba\u015fvurulan \u201cucuz i\u015fg\u00fcc\u00fc\u201d uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n e\u011fitimdeki yans\u0131mas\u0131d\u0131r. \u00d6\u011fretmenlik mesle\u011fi d\u00fczenlilik ve s\u00fcreklilik gerektirir. S\u00f6zle\u015fmeli \u00f6\u011fretmenlerin mevcut \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ko\u015fullar\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011frencilere faydal\u0131 olabilmesi m\u00fcmk\u00fcn de\u011fildir. Bu nedenle b\u00fct\u00fcn \u00f6\u011fretmenler kadrolu ve i\u015f g\u00fcvencesine sahip olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmak zorundad\u0131r. T\u00fcrkiye\u2019nin d\u00f6rt bir yan\u0131nda fedak\u00e2rca \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan t\u00fcm s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli ve \u00fccretli \u00f6\u011fretmenler kadroya al\u0131nmal\u0131 ve sadece e\u011fitimde de\u011fil, kamu hizmetlerinin t\u00fcm alanlar\u0131nda \u201ci\u015f g\u00fcvencesiz istihdam\u201d politikas\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilmelidir.<\/p>\n<p>Sonu\u00e7 olarak, \u00f6\u011fretmenlerimize insanca ya\u015fayabilecekleri, nitelikli hizmet verebilecekleri \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve ya\u015fama ko\u015fullar\u0131 hi\u00e7 savsaklamadan k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede sa\u011flanmal\u0131, ba\u015fta maa\u015flar olmak \u00fczere mesleki ve \u00f6zl\u00fck haklar\u0131 insan onuruna yara\u015f\u0131r bir d\u00fczeye getirilmeli, t\u00fcm d\u00fcnyada oldu\u011fu gibi hak ettikleri ilgi, sayg\u0131, sa\u011fl\u0131k g\u00fcvencesi, sosyal haklar tam olarak sa\u011flanmal\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k Etik Kurulu t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemelidir.<br \/>\n24 Kas\u0131m \u00d6\u011fretmenler G\u00fcn\u00fc \u00f6ncesinde MEB ve valiliklere \u00f6\u011fretmenlere duyurulmas\u0131 amac\u0131yla g\u00f6nderilen yaz\u0131 ile \u00f6\u011fretmenlere ili\u015fkin yarat\u0131lan imaj nedeniyle Ba\u015fbakanl\u0131k Etik Kurulu t\u00fcm \u00f6\u011fretmenlerden \u00f6z\u00fcr dilemelidir.
