Toplu s\u00f6zle\u015fme referandumun maddelerinden biridir ve toplu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmenin konusu de\u011fildir. Toplu g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmelerin referanduma endekslenmesi son derece yanl\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Memurun g\u00fcndeminde referandum yoktur. Ekmek davas\u0131 vard\u0131r.
