\u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan Emlak Bankas\u0131na eksik veya hatal\u0131 bildirim yap\u0131lmas\u0131 nedeniyle eksik \u00f6deme  yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>2-Adlar\u0131na Konut Edindirme Yard\u0131m\u0131 (KEY)  yap\u0131lan hak sahiplerinden bir k\u0131sm\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 kurumlar taraf\u0131ndan  Emlak Bankas\u0131na hi\u00e7 bildirim yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131  nedeniyle hi\u00e7 \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Yukar\u0131daki nedenlerden dolay\u0131 eksik \u00f6deme yap\u0131lan veya hi\u00e7 \u00f6deme yap\u0131lmayan hak sahiplerinin Yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131 alabilmeleri i\u00e7in sendikam\u0131z hukuk m\u00fc\u015favirli\u011fince  belirlenen ba\u015fvurular\u0131n yap\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bilindi\u011fi gibi , 1.1.1987 \u2013 31.12.1995 tarihleri aras\u0131nda 657 say\u0131l\u0131 Yasa kapsam\u0131nda veya SSK\u2019l\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hak sahiplerinden;<\/p>\n<p>\u2022Lojmanda oturanlara<br \/>\n\u2022Adlar\u0131na kay\u0131tl\u0131 konutu bulunanlara<br \/>\n\u2022E\u015flerden her ikisinin de \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 halinde kad\u0131nlara<br \/>\n\u2022\u00d6zel sekt\u00f6rde 10 ki\u015fiden az i\u015f\u00e7i \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran yerlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara<br \/>\n\u2022399 say\u0131l\u0131 KHK kapsam\u0131nda s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli personel olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara<br \/>\nyukar\u0131daki \u015fartlardaki \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcrelerine ili\u015fkin konut edindirme yard\u0131m\u0131 yap\u0131lmam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>\uf0a7Kamu kurum ve kurulu\u015flar\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n KEY bildirimleri kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan Emlak Bankas\u0131na yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<br \/>\n\uf0a7SSK\u2019l\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n bildirimleri SSK  taraf\u0131ndan Emlak Bankas\u0131na yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Bu nedenle, hak sahiplerinin ba\u015fvurular\u0131n\u0131 ilgili kurumlara veya  \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinin ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu SGK M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine yapmalar\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>1.1.1987-31.12.1995 tarihleri aras\u0131nda birden \u00e7ok kurumda veya i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan hak sahiplerinin her kurum veya i\u015fyerinin ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu SGK M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ba\u015fvuru yapmalar\u0131  zorunludur.<\/p>\n<p>Yap\u0131lan ba\u015fvurular\u0131n ilgili kurum veya SGK M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fcklerine tebli\u011f edilmesinin ard\u0131ndan;<\/p>\n<p>\uf07660 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde cevap verilmesi halinde, cevab\u0131n hak sahiplerine tebli\u011finin ard\u0131ndan 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde,<\/p>\n<p>\uf07660 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcrede cevap verilmemesi halinde, 60 g\u00fcnl\u00fck s\u00fcrenin dolmas\u0131n\u0131 takiben, ikinci 60 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde ,<\/p>\n<p>an\u0131lan tarihlerde hak sahibinin \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 kurumun bulundu\u011fu ildeki veya ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu idare mahkemesine dava a\u00e7malar\u0131 gerekecektir.<\/p>\n<p>Sendikam\u0131z taraf\u0131ndan dava a\u00e7ma s\u00fcrecinde de hak sahiplerine gerekli hukuki yard\u0131m
